Q: Where and how do I meet my driver?
A: Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall at Madeira Airport (FNC), just after you clear baggage reclaim and pass through the sliding doors. They will be holding a clear sign with your name or the lead passenger's name on it. We make sure you never have to search for us after a long flight.
Q: What happens if my flight is delayed?
A: There is no need to worry. We monitor all flight arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust the pickup time to match your actual arrival. This service is provided at no extra cost to you - we wait because we know travel plans can change.
Q: How long will the driver wait for me?
A: We provide a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes from the moment your plane lands. This gives you plenty of time to collect your luggage and clear customs. If you encounter an unusual delay at baggage claim, please contact the support number provided in your booking confirmation.
Booking & Payments
Q: Is my booking confirmed immediately?
A: Once you complete your reservation, you will receive an automated receipt via email. Our team then manually reviews the details to ensure perfect coordination. You will receive a final confirmation voucher with your driver’s details and meeting instructions within 12 to 24 hours.
Q: What does the price include?
A: The price you see is the final price you pay. Our rates are fixed and all-inclusive, covering all airport taxes, fuel, highway tolls (Via Rápida), and luggage. There are no hidden "island surcharges" or extra fees for late-night arrivals.
Q: What are the payment options?
A: We offer flexible payment methods to suit your needs. You can choose to pay securely online via Credit Card or PayPal at the time of booking, or you can pay in Cash (Euros) directly to your driver upon arrival at your destination.
Vehicle & Equipment
Q: Do you provide child seats?
A: Yes, your family’s safety is our priority. We provide baby seats and booster seats upon request. Please specify the age and weight of the children during the booking process so we can ensure the correct equipment is installed in your vehicle before we arrive at the airport.
Q: How much luggage can I bring?
A: Our standard allowance is one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person. If you are traveling with oversized items - such as golf clubs, surfboards, or foldable wheelchairs - please let us know in the "Special Requirements" box so we can dispatch a vehicle with adequate space.

A: Under normal traffic conditions, the journey from Madeira Airport to the center of Funchal takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes. If your accommodation is in the western Hotel Zone (Estrada Monumental), please allow for an extra 5 to 10 minutes.

A: Madeira’s terrain varies, but here are the typical durations:
